Season 7 is now in the playoffs, and it looks to be as exciting as ever. We do have some of our playoff usual's like the San Francisco Dedringers, Scranton Blue Collars, Dover Diamond Devils, Rochester EliteDucks, and now the Kansas City Jayhawks is in that category having won over 100 games for the 3rd consecutive season. While one of them may take the crown, there is some great competition again. The Charlotte Codes made it back after missing out last year and will Challenge the Diamond Devils in the first round. Patrickkm's Minnesota North Stars have made a miraculous turn around improving to 98 wins this year after winning only 64 last year, in fact, this franchise record is only 78 wins in one season. The North Stars earned a first round bye and will take on the winner of San Francisco and Chicago. My money is on Brett1220 who is looking to retire from the game on the top of the world. Wholck's Philadelphia Phillies also improved and notched over 90 wins in what was Hobb's toughest division this season, the AL North; all teams finished plus .500. Tamardumr's Washington D.C. Lobbyists are back in for a third straight year. The El Paso TaTa's went from 96 wins to below .500, but still won the division and got into the playoffs but is now down 0-2 to Philadelphia. Lastly, Iceman67's San Diego Surf Sharks had its best season in franchise history, winning 80 games and taking first place, but are another sub .500 team and will likely take a miracle to advance in the playoffs against the EliteDucks, but it has happened in Roy Hobbs before. In season 3, Kramr10's 78-84 Queens knocked off Dover and a good Jackson team before losing 4 games to 1 to the all-mighty Dedringers in the NLCS. The Dedringers went on to win the WS. Good luck to all teams in the playoffs, and may the best team win!
PREDICTION
Dakar's Kansas City Jayhawks are the best team in the AL, and are the favorite to get to the World Series having won 15 more games than any AL competitor. In the NL, the emotional pick is the San Francisco Dedringers, with Brettm1220, one of Hobbs best all-time managers retiring from the league after this year, however, StNick44's Scranton Blue Collars is just too good, and will likely make a return appearance to the Big Game.
