The Scranton Star reports that Scranton's long-time SP ace Steve Smart has reached a deal with the Scranton Blue Collars. Reportedly, Smart has just signed a 5 year deal amounting to $41.5 Million. This deal should secure the Blue Collar's with the ability to compete for years to come, and should allow Smart to retire a Blue Collar. A Smart move all around!
