Za first franchise
has been awarded to owner zanatural who has located his team in Minnesota. ZaNatural sates his goal is to re-locate his ownership up north when  WIS makes this an option but assures the fans that he will find a good owner before leaving for his dream to bring WIS to Canwest Park, Winnipeg.
Interest in za PBAHL has been good with WIS owners kemosbabe11, jhorsley, nomargaz, randallball, okoutlaw, rocketeer4, Greg_Quin and Indy_Indians having interest in this fledgling league. PBAHL was incoporated 4/21/2008 4:33:00 PM under its new name from NABA which infringed on recreation ball in North America. Owner ZaNatural has also invited numerous associates to join and is waiting for their reply.
